PD began as a DJ in 2005. Her love of music and experience as a musician and live performer lended itself to not only creating setlists as an experience, but also a connection and live elements such as drum machines, and mashups. In her first year she earned residencies in her hometown of Tucson, AZ at many prominent alternative DJ nights and clubs - Such as the Asylum Nightclub. Not long after traveling often to Phoenix, AZ - Performing at SADISCO*, Horns & Halos events and holding residencies in PHX such as HAXAN - A Doomed Disco-Tech, LILITH, & being a member of the Arizona Hardcore Junkies. Within the first few years of DJing having the opportunity to DJ at clubs like Das Bunker in Los Angeles, Nocturna Festival in Barcelona (Spain), and many festivals around the country and in Canada. Since then PD has continues to travel the US, parts of Canada and Mexico as a featured guest DJ at clubs, festivals, and raves.

In 2008 PD began working as an event promoter. 2009 was the inception of Club Sanctuary in Tucson, AZ. Which ran for over 11 years featuring live acts and guest DJ’s from around the world. She promoted many nights and themes specializing in edgy electronic music, but often branching out into the mainstream, 80’s/90’s and more. Always weaving in the unexpected.

In 2013 PD joined Alter Der Ruine as a keyboardist, backing vocalist, and writing member. ADR had the pleasure of touring around the country and Canada. Performing with such artists as Haujobb, Covenant, The Beta Machine, The Red Paintings, NITE, My Gold Mask, The New Division and more.

PD is also a live member of SWINDY, I AM DRUGS, and performed as a solo (live) electronic act in 2017 - Releasing a remix on Lana Del Rabies “Tell Me Again This is Love?”

As of 2020, Plastic Disease has relocated from Tucson, AZ to the Bay Area - San Jose, CA. You can catch her performing around the Bay Area, traveling appearances, and streaming live on Twitch.tv/PlasticDisease.
