Alter Der Ruine
Gears keep on turning. From a (power)noisy start through a thrashing sweat-soaked animal to fevered toe-tappers, this less than well-oiled machine rocks on unsteady legs. That's how Alter Der Ruine works best. Functioning in an ever-shifting environment of our own design, this is our sonic baby. We've seen it stand on its own. Watched the thing walk and talk and fight. Vibrations that started the journey truncate and hum and every year we get older the further they reach. When their echoes bounce back we recognize them like old friends and move on. This baby has to keep moving, it has things to do.
